ABU terms of use — Fundraising For Nonprofits

Operator and scope

Effective date: 29 September 2026. ABU by Fundraising For Nonprofits is operated by Roman Buznykovatyy, Seebrucker Str. 2a, 81825 Munich, Germany. Contact: [email protected]. These terms describe use of the connected operations application. A separately agreed service contract determines the commercial service, fees, deliverables and responsibilities.

Authorized use

Use the application only for accounts and data you are authorized to access. Account administrators determine which permissions to grant and may remove them. Connection permissions do not authorize use beyond the service instructions or applicable platform policies. Do not submit credentials in ordinary support messages or public documents.

Advertising operations and AI assistance

Reports, planning outputs and AI-assisted recommendations require consideration of their sources, limitations and the account owner's objectives. Estimates and forecasts are not guarantees of donations, revenue or campaign performance. Campaign changes and spending must remain within the account owner's authorization and agreed service controls.

Google and other providers control account eligibility, API access, quotas and available functionality. ABU is independently operated by F4N and is not a Google product, certification or endorsement.

Data and account control

The ABU privacy policy explains connected-data processing and available rights. You may remove account access through Google and contact us to disconnect the service or request removal of retained data. Removing access may make the connected functions unavailable; existing commercial obligations remain governed by the applicable service contract.
